Flour beetles? Confused flour beetles? Help!

Hi guys,

I had found these black beetles in my food cupboard initially and now they are in my bathroom and bedroom. There’s no food in the bathroom or bedroom so not sure why they are in there. How can I get rid of them? Please help.

Freeze flour before use and it'll kill them. Just freeze the whole bag.
They're a nightmare.
