Crawlies on my wall

Hi!

I've noticed little bugs crawling on my wall - just 1 every now and again (see pic).

Does anybody know what they are? Why they're on my wall and how I can get rid?

Carpet Beetles I think. Lots of vaccuming is the only way I've found and these moth stop filters from Lakeland.
