Green washing powders/ liquids

Want to change to environmentally friendly washing powders or liquids . Can anyone recommend any. Note we live on Farm so has to be tough.

I’ve recently started using the Ecover laundry liquids (bio for whites & non bio for coloureds) and both are great. The bio gets my whites really white(!) and they both smell nice. I tried really hard with the ecoegg people rave about but found it didn’t do the job well enough for me.
