Mine has labels for washing and dry cleaning ?

I wash summer duvet twice a year and winter duvet gets dry cleaned twice a year.
So, for example, summer duvet goes on clean in April, gets washed in June, comes off in October and is laundered before putting away.
My teens though: they both use 10 tog all year round and spend hours in bed so I tend to run them through the washing machine every 6 weeks/2 months.

All covers are washed at least weekly, sometimes more frequently.

Not often enough I'll admit!

My summer duvet gets a wash when I put it away for the winter, and it may get a wash in the middle of summer depending on how organised I am. BUT that's because it fits in the washing machine.

My winter duvet gets washed when I can remember to take it to the launderette. So not as often as it should.

Winter one, and summer one both get washed once a year , change cover every week in winter and every five days in summer.

Not often. But they get hung over the line fairly frequently & duvet covers & sheets get changed every few days.

Once a year (usually before they go into storage). I take them to the local launderette as our washing machine isn't big enough. In between I just air them out weekly when I change the sheets.

Thanks all , found a local laundrette and it was washed and dried in a couple of hours .
Place was so busy ! Definitely money in laundry services .

We have a plain white duvet cover on our duvet under the patterned cover. I hope that this keeps it cleaner and fresher. Its a super king so far too big for our washing machine!
