My dyson cordless has died RIP what should I replace it with

My v6 dyson has died after many part changes it just can't go on. I think it's the cheapest one they did/ entry level, but what should I replace it with? Ideally around £250 or under please. Should I stay dyson or not ?

Well there’s a new hoover on the market that apparently everyone raves about but I can’t remember what it’s called 😲 I’m sure someone will be along in a min to tell you.

I have every brand and style of vacuum known to mankind. Far and away my favourite is my Shark cordless. If you have people with long hair in the house get one with the anti hair wrap feature. It’s brilliant.

I have two shitty broken Dysons in the shed. I should have learnt the first time.

I bought a Shark based on comments on Mumsnet but I don't really get on with it. After about 4 uses it stops working and there seems to be something that needs unblocking or fiddling with to get it going again. I have gone back to using my old traditional style vacuum cleaner instead.

I have a Eufy and a Shark, Eufy every day and shark which is now only used for stairs and my car (once a year!) or for spills.

I've got a shark but beware it is so so much heavier than the Dyson. I'm not sure it vacuums any better. But I do like the fact that it lights up the floor when hoovering. We have the anti hair wrap which is good. And it's much easier to empty.

I've had allsorts of vacuums over the years, from dysons to Miele, cordless to corded. I've reached the conclusion that only my shark corded xl black and rose gold will do. Ive found the corded more powerful than cordless. Several months in im still in love. We have two indoor British shortair cats with thick dense coats that shed everywhere, particularly on the stair carpets. I love watching it all disappear of the stairs like no vacuum has done before.It can be transformed in to different types of vacuum (hand held etc) like adult lego. It looks so pretty too, i even dust it regularly. My worst purchase was the gtec air ram and the hand held thing. Found it to have poor suction, batteries that gave up and wheels that dropped off. My mum purchased hers at the same time and had the same issues. She bought her shark first and i followed suit after her reviews, neither of us have had any issues with them and my mums had hers for 18mnths.

Oh and it was the anti hair wrap version.

I had the v6, replaced it with a Shark -100× better.
