We got an iRobot about 5 years ago now. Love it and it's still going strong.

I have a Eufy 30c which does have WiFi and connects to an app. I like that I can schedule with the app so that it runs before I get up. If it broke I’d buy another one tomorrow.

Eufy 30. Love him

Crazydogmumma · 01/11/2020 16:40

Eufy- mine is called Brian and whizzes round the house daily gobbling up all the dirt. I have a 15c max which does connect to the internet and can be controlled from your phone but other models work on a remote control and are cheaper.

Are these robots good with carpets?

Aposterhasnoname · 01/11/2020 16:46

I’ve got a lefant, it was dirt cheap from Amazon. Bloody love it, wish I’d got one years ago but I thought that it wouldn’t clean properly. I was wrong.

It’s brilliant on carpets, I’ve had it a month now and still not got the main vac out.

Basic Eufy 11s here - not wi fi and absolutely awesome his name is Alfred - I loaned him to my DF over the weekend and he's convinced Grin.

MollynAlly · 01/11/2020 17:06

I wish I haven't seen this postConfusedGrin I was debating to get an espresso machine now I am thinking of the robot!! If it works on carpets well I am buying one

MrsWooster · 01/11/2020 17:11

I got one second hand from eBay years ago for about £70 -roomba 400 ish, iirc. she It trundles round happily most days, doesn’t seem to mind if she’s doing the living room (carpet) or the rest (wood floor). Doubt one for many hundreds of £ would do a better job...

nancypineapple · 01/11/2020 17:22

Eufy 30- bought from reading a previous thread on here. Honestly it's the best thing I have ever bought- just wish he would do the stairs !

purplepingu · 01/11/2020 17:25

We've got a Roborock S5 Max. We call him Henry and we love him. Does well with our carpets and he mops our hard floors. You can set your zones after he maps your house, then tell him what to do in each zone!

LunaLoveFood · 01/11/2020 17:31

We've got a neato and absolutely love it. He's almost three now and I wouldn't be without him.

We use ours with carpets and with hard floors. Works well on both.
DobbyTheHouseElk · 01/11/2020 17:34

Eufy.

He’s fantastic. There was a long tread on here about them.

Allsloppy · 01/11/2020 17:59

Deebot n79s called Barry. He gets used everyday on a timer but you can also use your phone to start him up or drive him round the room. Bought from amazon on a deal. Would never be without him.

rosinavera · 02/11/2020 20:19
