What flooring do you have on your dc's room?

I need to put down some new flooring in my dc's bedroom - do you have carpet? if so, what colour is the most practical? Am debating between Amtico/Karndean or teflon coated heavy wearing carpet.

we have painted floorboards (white) so not much help to you!

Carpet warmer and QUIETER for when they are playing upstairs. Don't go dark - shows the bits

We put lovely cream carpet in dd2's room and it has several nice pen marks on it now.
DD1 has a dark pink colour which isn't as bad to keep clean. But then again she's more careful.

Wouldnt think amtico is very cosy in a bedroom but then I'm a carpet gal (although we have amtico in bathrooms/kitchen and it is lovely)

we have carpet which was here when we moved - a kind of fawn - would like to get rid and have just boards and a rug

The cheapest carpet money can buy. Floorboards-too noisy!
