Bird stuck in the loft! Any advice?

This morning heard scuffling in the loft, had a nosey up there and it’s a starling flapping about! We’ve opened the loft hatch fully and turned the light off up there but it’s not taking the hint and chuffing off! Any advice? I would like to be able to sleep tonight

Get it cornered and throw a towel over it, then should be easy to puck up and put out.

@bodgeitandscarper we only have a small part of our loft borders so can’t actually reach it

Oh right, if you know any fishermen maybe an extendable net you could borrow? 😕

You have to make it as dark as possible in the loft and put a really bright light under the loft hatch so it flies towards the light and hopefully out of the nearest open window

Move to a hotel until it's gone.
