Cordless hoover recommendations

I’ve had a cordless dyson for around 4 years and recently it’s stopped working properly. I’ve cleaned it thoroughly, replaced filter, got it working and now it’s stopped again. It seems as though it is not charging properly. I’ve tried contacting Dyson but not getting anywhere.

We have a puppy and I need something easy that I can quickly use to make sure floors are clear. Can anyone recommend an alternative cordless vacuum, I guess one that copes with dog hairs would be good. Any special deals around at the moment too would be great to know about. Thanks

Recently got the Gtech AirRam cordless hoover and loving it so far!!! Very lightweight and works well on different surfaces. Have a chocolate lab who is constantly shedding hair and mud so comes in very handy haha

Lupe! It's life changing. We've had various cordless dysons and it knocks spots off them. We've got a lot of animals and use this as our main hoover (had a corded Shark before but didn't think much of it)

I've had a cordless dyson, a shark and a Gtech Air Ram. Gtech wins for me.

So many different opinions. I’ve got a GTech and a Shark Cordless liftaway. I much prefer the Shark n
