My rather cheap first washing machine has broken after three years. Want to buy something that will last, any recommendations?

Bonus if it can come from ao or john lewis who both have next day delivery!

Thanks!

If you can get a Miele they last forever. Mine has a 25 year guarantee.

I bought a Bosch earlier this year and am pleased with it.

I bought a Siemens 6mths ago, I've only ever had Siemens. It's predecessor was 15yrs old (second hand) and the one before that 19yrs old.

The new one is good, but I would advise checking the programs and timings. Mine is a 9kg, lots of programs and a button to shorten the programs. But (and it's a really annoying but) the only program that can take 9kg is the cotton wash and it's 255mins! long on 40⁰C. I can reduce the time, but it then reduces the weight allowed.

I also liked the look of Ebac washers, but there were warranty issues for where we live. But they are worth a look and built in Britain.

I have a 10kg WiFi Siemens and it's one of the best appliances I've ever had.

We've had for 10 months now and haven't had to re-wash a single thing.

For context, all four of us do more than one form of outdoor exercise so there's mountains of laundry in addition to normal clothes and school uniforms.

Also it has a textile guard program for waterproofs (brilliant in Scotland) and a 30 minute sensofresh program (a waterless program for clothes that have been worn but aren't dirty)

The WiFi thing is handy, but not the main selling point for me.

I've seen how indisit machines have a bad name. However I've had mine ( innex) for 6 years and never had any problems. It's really good x
