Is Woolite any good as a sports detergent?

I do a delicate wash including sports leggings containing polyester and elastene? I usually use woolite. Would a special sports detergent prolong the life of them more?

Don't use any softener! I put white vinegar in my rinse draw to remove sweat odours. I just use normal detergent but v small amount as they are normally sweaty rather than "dirty" unlike my son's football kit which is both!
