Im trying to more eco friendly, I'm also on a tight budget. Wondering if the Ecoegg is any good. Does anybody use one? Does it actually clean and make clothes smell fresh?

No. Don’t bother. Ecover powder is the most effective, ecological and cost effective IMO :)
