Dog was sick on rug today so i cleaned it with bio powder and water only a small area and left some kitchen roll on to dry and removed when touch dry
Several hours later (now ), i was cleaning near and sprayed ds shoes with dettol spray ( the can sort ) in my haste and tired state i quickly sprayed rug as well as i sometimes do as dog has a habit of laying in it so freshens it up
Totally forgetting i had cleaned it with powder before hand
The rug was touch dry but upon turning it over the back bit is still damp from washing
Its in hall area with front room door open and leading to upstairs so not a small area but is there likely to be any issues with this , i know you shouldn't mix cleaning products and i think bio powder contains bleach ? I can't undo it but any suggestions what to do now
Shall i leave rug to dry downstairs or chuck it outside

Would the rug be rinsed after the bio powder?
It's bleach and acids and bleach and ammonia I think that shouldn't be mixed. Not sure about anything else. I think if there was a problem you'd know by now, try not to worry.

I Didn't rinse it after the powder just wiped it as only used a small amount mixed in a little water and blotted it with the paper towels after as was only a really small area.
There wAs no fumes after i sprayed that i was aware off , just thinking maybe best to stick rug out to dry as least be well ventilated , when dry i assume would be ok ?

Yeah if youre worried stick it outside. As I said I think if there was a problem you'd know straight away. If washing powder has bleach in it would only be a tiny amount.
