How are you storing your duvets?

I bought us some really lovely duvets in summer and have just changed them over for lovely new winter duvets.

I'd like to keep the summer ones nice, so they're off to the launderette tomorrow. The ones we aren't currently using would normally get piled up on one of the spare beds and then the dog ends up sleeping on them, hence why I threw them all out and started again.

Any recommendations for some storage please?

You could get vacuum pack storage bags, either the ones you can suck out air with a vac hose , or the ones where you use brute strength to squeeze the air out. I have to admit though, being a non pet household unused duvets get layered up on spare beds. We don't have winter and summer duvets either, in summer we just use a top sheet and empty duvet covers with a folded blanket at the bottom of the bed to deal with chilly nights. Then when Autumn comes the duvets get put back in their covers.
