Do you think I can wash this coat?

Just getting all of my winter clothes out and noticed this old puffa coat has a few light marks on the need cleaning, and some water marks

It says dry clean only but I feel like dry cleaning doesn't really do anything!

I'm wondering if I can just chuck it in my washing machine on a gentle cycle? I have other puffa jackets I machine wash which come out fine. Altho this one has fur

Is it padded with feathers or synthetic fibre?
If the latter I would machine wash.
Cold wash with mild detergent.
The fur will end up matted like a wet cat but when dry you can brush it out.
