Floor cleaner for large floor

I’m buying a house which is all porcelain tiles so there is a lot of floor to clean! Over 200 square metres in total. To add to the fun I have a dog who is a dirt magnet.

So I am going looking for a really good floor washer, possibly even an industrial/commercial one. Anyone got any recommendations?

Robo hoover with a mop function.

I think the area is going to be too big for a robot cleaner! They would run out of battery and water far too often.

I wonder if a old fashioned mop and bucket is the way to go!

I have a Karcher FC5 it's brilliant for tiled floors. I do also have a robot mop as I was sick of Karchering every day and I have to say it works brilliantly. I have a very large tiled kitchen/snug/diner as well as a large tiled hallway. I do have extra batteries for the robot mop but it does a fantastic job.
