I’ve had 3 hand mixers over the past few years and they always give up the ghost in the middle of a big bakeathon.
Please wise experienced bakers of MN, help me find a hand mixer with a strong enough motor to cope with a big bowl of buttercream without dying on me.
(I already have a stand one, but don’t really use it much as I prefer the flexibility and ease of using whichever bowl I want)
I don’t want to spend loads - the £100+ Kitchenaid ones for example, are not on my radar. Needs to be ideally under £30.
