Mission
Wed Reminder
Babystep 15

I think I can cope with making my bed in the morning. I do that most mornings.

Mission accomplished.
Kids uniforms ready for the morning.

Systemaddict - CBeebies was practically invented for pregnant mums of toddlers. Don't worry. You're not a bad mummy.

Off to do reading practice. See you tomorrow.

Day started well and with DP having his day off we got most morning tasks done (see am post). Pm was a bit of a nightmare with DD having a massive bout of trapped wind that we just about managed to shift by 8pm! She was sick as well and crying more or less continuously since about 4:30 this pm.

DP is under the weather as he has really nasty cough and an exam next Thursday and his preparation is slow going. He still tries to support me with FLYing which is fab but I would like him to be able to relax a bit more and it won't happen until after the exam.

I just hope that we all get a bit more sleep tonight as we are about as exhausted as we were with a newborn. Moan over and I shut up. Still have to put clothes out for tomorrow which hopefully will be better.

Good night everyone!

Bienchen - Sounds like we had a similar day.
It started great, up, dressed, bed made, washing on, breakfast eaten, all by 8am.
Had a play with DD then she got hungry (I'm sure she's building up to a 12 week growth spurt.) She was asleep again by 9 and as I've still not recovered from all the driving I did last week I decided we should both have a nap. DP came in to check on us at 10, DD was wide awake and wiggling away and I was fast asleep so her took her downstairs to keep him company while he made some bread. I woke up at 12:30 completely confused and panicking that I'd lost DD.
Had a nice afternoon eating bread and trying to keep on top of the kitchen mess (he's a great cook, but not so skilled in the art of cleaning.) Then at 3:30 DD started getting miserable. From then until now she's been either grizzling, eating or having powernaps. The gripe water finally worked at 8pm and after another feed she finally fell asleep. It's been quiet for half an hour.

DP has cleaned up the kitchen now, my taps are already shiney so I'll skip the mission, and I've got halfway through 15 minutes of decluttering twice, so that'll do.
My moto should be "You can do anything for 15 minutes, so long as DD is happy."
