how can I mark tupperware?

I have a lovely set of Joseph Joseph ones that are colour marked so that you know which lid goes with which base.

I'd like to mark the other ones in a similar way but can't work out what will not fade /come off in the dishwasher.

Any ideas gratefully received.

TIA

Sharpie? Its what I mostly tend to use for the children's lunch boxes, although I do have go go over it as it does fade in the dishwasher after a while.

Or a lable maker, I have a cheap one which is no good in the dishwasher ad the heat blanks the labels. However my brother has Brother brand one with heat proof labels which seem to survive anything. I have liable maker envy Envy.

A strip of washi tape then write on that with Sharpie.

Nail polish?

Some of my old actual Tupperware (textured lids) still has DS2’s name & Y8 form visible in black Sharpie from when he took ingredients in for Food Tech, and he’s 27 now Grin

(Mind you they don’t get used very often so not necessarily as good a recommendation for Sharpie as it might sound.)

I use masking tape and a sharpie
