Dishwasher advice plese - what make?

I am about to buy a dishwasher, need it to meet the following criteria.

  1. Have as low a water consumption as possible - have a water meter.
  2. Have low wattage per wash
  3. Have 12 place settings
  4. Have quick/economy wash
  5. NOT be a hotpoint.

If new, I am prepared to spend up to £350, but, am also looking secondhand in the local paper as seems a few people are selling good ones due to new property having fitted kitchens etc. Secondhand any good? If so again, what make and what would be a good price for something say two years old (wont buy any older than that)

Thanks
Pav
