Reasonable vacuum suggestions please

Looking for ideas for a vacuum cleaner. It has to be under £100. I need it for hard floors and two rooms with carpet, in a flat. Not much space to store it which I need to take into account.

My current vacuum which was second hand and £5 has very little suction and just needs replacing.

I'm interested too.

I asked something similar recently. Flat with wooden floors and bedrooms have carpet. I'll try linking the results I got. I ended up getting a henry. Mine is the henry Xtra, but the regular version is slightly cheaper and on sale at argos for £99 currently.

I previously had a 2yr old dyson till it died. The henry has 4x the suction and is unbelievable. Its heavier, but seems to maneuvour well. I didnt want a bag version, but they are very large and in a small flat, will take ages to fill.

Here is the thread I started. Some of the suggestions like the shark etc are much more than £100 though.
