Seems to be an invasion of houseflies sitting on all my south facing windows in a dopy way. We live in the country and there has been some serious muckspreading today - is it likely to be stable flies and will they go away of their own accord?
We've also just been away for a couple of weeks so it's not inconceivable the cats or children have left somehting unmentionable under a sofa which is breeding ... but there are sooo many flies
