I'm looking yo replace my pans as they have all lost their non stick coating. Any recommendations? Don't really want to spend a fortune. Thanks

If your budget runs to it, the toughened non stick (TNS) range from Le Creuset is very good for frying pans. They do a wok and a griddle in the range too but I’ve never used them so can’t recommend them. I’d be wary because IME the very high heats needed for woks and griddles destroy nonstick surfaces very quickly.
For a wok I’d get a cheap steel one from a Chinese supermarket and season it yourself. And for a griddle I’d get a basic cast iron one and do the same. They will develop their own non-stick-ness very quickly and properly cared for will last a lifetime.

I have this wok and it’s great. I have had it for about 7 or 8 years and it still look perfect, but I do look after it.

Changing my pans to scoville never stick. Got large frying pan and omelette pan. no oil required either. Brilliant and easy to clean too.
