Stain removal question!

Apologies in advance and possibly tmi.

How on earth do I clean the gusset on DDs knickers when my non biological allergy soap doesn't touch it? Have to use this as DS has eczema.
Ive bought biological stain remover for body fluid etc and soaked in a bucket separately but no impact. The gussets still look oldish and yellowish.
For me I've only bought black knickers since the perimenopausal flooding, but why oh why are all girls knickers white?
Even the coloured or patterned ones have silly white gussets.
Thank you

Vanish soap bar. Not the powders or the liquids, just the soap bar. There's little it won't shift.

I agree. Rub stains with soap bar before wash. I shave off some of the soap (about a teaspoon) and put in the drum with a whites wash.

Thank you both! Adding it to shopping basket right now!
