What does your cleaner do?

First world kinda post here... so our current cleaner seems to get a fair bit less done than our previous cleaner - for context we only stopped having the previous cleaner as I was at home on mat leave for a while and saving some pennies/could do it all and she is since fully booked - so our current cleaner attends with an other cleaner and they do 1 hour - so equivalent to the previous cleaners 2 hours....

I just feel like they aren’t as good! They are lovely and chatty when I see them etc. But don’t seem to get as much done as quickly...

So I’m trying to gage which tasks your cleaners get done in a similar period on a weekly clean (house is medium sized 3 bed, 2 bathrooms) to work our if the last cleaner was just fab or the current cleaners are a bit rubbish...

Think you might have spotted what the issue is here ^ ......

My wonderful cleaner is a whirlwind who doesn't stop, so I don't know if it is fair to compare......but here goes:

In about 1 hr 15mins she does:
2 bathrooms + an understairs toilet
Kitchen - surfaces, cupboard fronts, a pile of washing up, drying and putting away. Sweeps and mops
Long thin hallway (Vacs then mops)

long thin landing on first floor (vacs)
little landing on top floor (vacs)
2 x stair cases (vacs)
Vacs lounge and dinging room
Dusts lounge and dining room
Empties bins in all rooms

Then she does different things each week in the other 3/4 hour - depending which of my adult dc are home / in bed / have not been in their rooms. Usually she'll do 2 or 3 bedrooms - vac and empty bins or if the youngest's room she does a lot of tidying first

@BackforGood thank you for replying I think it’s the whirlwind factor that’s missing! My previous cleaner would literally blitz the whole house getting so much done including like bleaching the shower plug lol, and all the inside windows... I think I’ll be a bit more prescriptive about what we’d like done each time and go from there.
