wah ha ha

at timing him

SpookyBearistheSpookyBear · 04/10/2007 14:08

He'd figured out that I was going to count his efforts towards one of my undone missions for this week.

(It took him 5 minutes. I timed him secretly.)

Think this Fly stuff may be turning into an unhealthy obsession.

yaddah am very very about your table, btw.

gibberish · 04/10/2007 14:10

bear you should start an AIBU thread.

AIBU to expect my dh to not complain when I time him FLYlady style when doing the chores?

We can all jump in and tell you YANBU then you can show it to your hubby!

Simply · 04/10/2007 14:16

Ok. In reverse order.

gibberish Well done for doing the hoovering and washing the kitchen floor. Plus you get an extra Brownie point for challenging yadda.

Thanks yadda for clearing up the mystery for me! I think you're right.

Hi Jas. That is a late brekkie. I hope you're ok and don't make a habit of it. Can you tell that I'm keen having breakfast soon after waking? I prefer 2 brekkies really. Cereal, juice and water first thing and then a hot drink and a toasted bagel or fruit bread around 10.30am. It's a good job I work 3 days a week and so can't have the 2nd one too often!

Hope you're having a nice day BC.

I hope you continue to keep well, Bear.

Ok. So far today I have:-
Done 3 loads of washing and hung them on the line.
Cleaned and re-made the fire.
Loaded the w/m.
Stripped the 3 beds.
Sent the list of school dates to dh in work for his diary.
Cleaned the cat litter tray.
Shown dd (still off school) how to sort out receipts into piles ready for ticking off the credit card statement.
Put the bin out and in and brought neighbours' bins in from the estate road.
Fed neighbour's pets.
Sorted recycling.

To do:-
Cut the grass.
Do hand washing.
Unload d/w.
Wash pet bowls.

That'll do for today. If I really feel brave, I'll have a go at the spare bedroom.

gibberish · 04/10/2007 14:20

Wow simply you are brave buying clothes that are handwash only I make sure EVERTHING can be chucked in the w/m. If the older girls buy handwash clothes, they have to do them themselves

SpookyBearistheSpookyBear · 04/10/2007 14:21

Have started a AIBU thread.

Will probably now get flamed and have to change my identity yet again. Sigh.

gibberish · 04/10/2007 14:45

I am NOT challenging you again if you have a lightsaber about your person yadda

bear your thread is great And you are still alive to tell the tale too!

Okay, could someone PLEASE tell me how I highlight selected text on a laptop? Please? Pretty please? Otherwise I am going to have to start a very dull thread about it and show everyone how incredibly idiotic I am...

Have the second last load of washing on now. Dinner finished (was yummy yadda ) and dishwasher on. Girls have their pyjamas on and I MAY just do some ironing later whilst watching tv. Have a busy day tomorrow as it is the exhibition preview so won't be FLYing much.

TheMadScaryHouse · 04/10/2007 18:47

gibberish · 04/10/2007 18:48

Hi Ruby Did it give you a yearning to return, or did it put you off for life?

TheMadScaryHouse · 04/10/2007 18:49

Gibberish you hold the left button down and put the cursor at the begining of the text and then using the pad thingy (techical term i do believe) drag it to the end of the text you want to hightlight.

Disclaimer - well thats the way you do it on mine

gibberish · 04/10/2007 18:49

TheMadScaryHouse · 04/10/2007 18:50

TheMadScaryHouse · 04/10/2007 18:52

gibberish · 04/10/2007 18:55
