Biro on velvet Sofa

any tips to remove biro. I dropped a pen so not a massive scribble but enough to catch my eye everyone I sit there. Sofas only one week old So a bit scared to go to town on it without advice.

Try hair spray. Spray it on and then pat with kitchen towel/white cloth. If that doesn’t do it try the same method with 70% rubbing alcohol or a strong hand sanitiser. Test each method on a hidden part of the settee first to make sure it doesn’t take the colour out too!
