Has anyone had double glazing from Crystal windows?

We are on the verge of going with them as the quote is good but just wondered if anyone else has experinced them.

We are having our windows replaced, and have had just about every company in imaginable to give quotes. Problem is that whenever I decide who we will go with, some one has something to say! We got really good price from Crystal, but then a friend whose husband used to work for them said they were really badly fitted so we're back to square one. I would love to know the best way to choose a window company, they all seem as bad/good as each other.
