Dinnerplate shapes

The most boring mumsnet thread ever I suspect but I need new plates.

My current ones are plain white square plates which I bought in 2004 when I moved out of my parents, they've since taken a battering from 3 kids too.

I don't have a huge amount of kitchen storage and I'll need a dinner sized plate and then slightly smaller ones of the same design as side/lunch plates.

My question is do I go round or square?

Are you keeping the old ones? If not, then round (don't ask me why!).

I would go round. Square have had their day now.
