How do i organise a Larder cupboard?

Hello all,

We've just moved into a house which had a Neptune Kitchen installed in 2017. It looks nice, but in reality there is hardly any storage at all.
There is a Neptune Suffolk larder cupboard that I've shoe horned all our food into, but three weeks in and i can't find a thing, it's driving me nuts!
It looks nice but feels totally impractical.
Ive cleared the corner cupboard (one of those circular spinning ones) out as well.

Anyone want to advise on what to put where?
thank you.

I’d have lots of unlidded labelled boxes, in themes. Might help contain everything?

This is mine, 100cm wide full height. All ambient foodstuffs in here and nowhere else.
Doors - herbs, spices, sauces vinegars oil bottles.
Very top shelf, stuff I don't need or want to hide! Spare paper napkins, coffee filters, CHOCOLATE!
Next 2 shelves - clear labelled containers with pastas, various rice, flours, granulated sugar, nuts, dried fruit, teas and coffee.
Shelf 4, tinned stuff on left, jar stuff on right. Biscuits sweet and cheese.
Lower drawers baking stuff, long life part bake bread and rolls, baking stuff like brown sugar etc in clear jars labelled on lid.
Duplicates of stuff on shelves.
I used to think that decanting stuff into jars was wanky and only for Instagram but it has totally transformed my food storage

I also have a couple of narrow clear open topped pull out containers on shelves with stock cubes and garlic in one, and packets and sachets in the other
