Damn floors!

I can't keep scrubbing on hands and knees. Is there something brilliant that will actually clean my kitchen floor? I'm looking for a spray/liquid that will work with a microfibre mop. My kitchen sees a lot of traffic.

Have you tried bleach? Alternatively, a steam mop is effective, chemical-free and very easy to use.

I have bleached the floor many times, it's more when I get onto the floor and scrub though. Do you mean just throw neat bleach down and try that?

I love the idea of steam mops, chemical free appeals (I never usually use bleach, just went a bit mad with it recently). I did have one but it just didn't seem to do anything. Maybe that was a brand issue.

I use a long handled scrubbing brush so I don't need to go on my hands and knees.

I would squirt some bleach around, spread it with a damp mop and leave to work for half an hour then rinse.

@BrokenLink that sounds great I'll have a go. Thank you.
