Dishwasher - odd smells

Can anyone help that's had this?! Our dishwasher is leaving an odd smell on items after they've been on a wash. We've tried all different cleaning cycles, adding a finish cleaner that hangs inside, always use rinse aid and dishwasher tablet along with cleaning it regularly with the finish product that sits in upside down, HG dishwasher powder. I'm out of ideas but the smell isn't going away ☹️

Have you looked out your manual to see how to check the area inside to dishwasher where it drains? You might find that there’s a collection of old food, or something else blocking everything draining away.
