I spilt coffee on a cream carpet but hadn't realised as it was quite close to a chair. Used carpet cleaner the next day... Made it spread. Have tried water, washing up liquid and a brush (pro carpet cleaners advice) it's just not budging. It now stinks and carpet guy can't come for 10 days. I'm trying to dry it out as best I can but anyone have any solution to take some of the visible stain off and remove the stink.
Bought vanish. Coulsnt get it to "foam" so decided against it.
I've bicarb on the dry carpet and windows open. Thanks in advance
