Can this dress be salvaged...?

This is a polyester / viscose / cotton / linen blend. It came out its first wash having picked up some dark dye. I'm gutted - totally loved it.

I've tried:

• soaking
• stain remover
• vinegar

Any other ideas? Could I dye it? What product(s) could I use if so? Better to aim for a dark colour?

Would the colour run stuff work maybe?

Something like a navy dye might be worth a go.

The threads won't dye to a different colour. You can try colour remover and then reapply a mustard colour dye. If the stain is navy it's hard to remove but I've had success by using a second package of colour remover.
