Citrus squeezer

Does anyone have a decent citrus squeezer please? I have one of those heavy metal ones, where you put the half lemon in and squeeze it but it's useless and leaves most of the juice in the fruit.

Any decent ones out there?

I thought I was going to have to write 'those wooden ones that you poke into the fruit' but eventually I managed to google the right word. I just call it my squeezer but really I should call it a reamer!

They're easy to use and inexpensive. I find the only downside is that it's easy to miss a little bit of pulp when washing it after use.

I have a metal reamer which just goes in the dishwasher and does the job well. always gets all the juice out. here

Thank you both! Most helpful and pictures included - marvellous. I was looking at those but went for the useless metal thing instead.

We've used the wooden one for years, it does a good job but can be messy and tricky to clean, also the pips tend to fall into the juice. We've just changed to this one from Amazon, same principle but it catches pips and flesh and just lets the juice into the container. Easy to clean, can go in the dishwasher. I really like it.

Glass juicers also work really well too. I’m still using one I bought for s couple of quid from Woolworths, probably 20 years ago. It looks like this -

I was eyeing up the Joseph and Joseph one which is the same as the reamer but has a thing to catch the pips and would go in the dishwasher.
