Seriously considering getting some kind of robot vac, which one is best? Budget is around £200 max.

Watching with interest I'm also converted to get one Eufy seem to be coming out top - my question is do you need spare batteries? How much vacuuming can they do in one go?

We have a Eufy. He goes round overnight and is then set free at different times in the day. He needs to sleep after running around, but that isn't an issue for us. He wouldn't be able to do the whole house on one charge, but you could set the timer for downstairs at say 4am, and then get him to do upstairs when you are up.

It's not the need to recharge that's an issue for us, but the small 'bin'. Because he puts himself to bed, we sometimes forget to empty him. The other thing of which you need to be mindful is hazards. If he encounters a phone charging lead dangling on the floor or wedges himself somewhere, he is stuck and beeps at you. Once you have removed obstacles though, you're fine.

Thanks @Cynderella, how would it cope with Lego?!

Not sure about Lego - I guess those tiny pieces might get caught up. We generally clear the floors before using.

Its strength is its ability to pick up little bits, so you don't need to vacuum 'properly' so often. I think it you were very tidy and had laminate floors throughout, it could be your only vacuum cleaner. It takes ages to do downstairs in our little house, but we usually set it to work overnight or when we're outside.
