Please help - how to get pen ink from a felt top OFF the wall?!

It's been freshly painted had over 5 coats and it's STILL coming through 😩

Stain block? IME it doesn't really work.

I'd remove the paint that over it using a magic eraser, then wipe the felt tip mark with vinegar, or meths. quick wipe with sugar soap. wipe with damp cloth, leave to dry then paint.

Surgical spirit from the chemist got felt tip on out of DS's trousers. Maybe it would work on a wall.

Otherwise I'd do a light covering of filler.
