Need help with glass/shower screen cleaning

Hi I'm hearing up to get my home on the market and looking to tackle a few jobs I've been too lazy to do prior to now but unsure best way to go about them.
We have glass panels in our livingroom and kitchen doors and have, over the past five years, stuck xmas cards to the glass with sellotape and now have lovely tape marks on the glass. Does anyone have an idea of how to remove these?

Also, our shower screen never seems clean despite using a standard anti bac cleaner, is there a trick to getting this gleaming that I'm missing? Plus the seal bit on bottom of shower screen is grimy in the hollow bit inside, how do I clean this gunk out?

Thanks if you can offer tips and please dont judge me as a slattery, I'm not usually this bad honest Blush

The only thing I've found for my shower screen
Is Viakal limescale remover and then glass cleaner.

Following for tips about the bottom bit though...I've not figured that one out yet!

You need Sticky Stuff Remover for the sellotape marks (that's what it's called; I'm not being facetious) and you can take the shower screen off and poke the gunk out which is fiddly, or buy another one on eBay for not a lot of money - depends how much time you're prepared to spend on it.

White vinegar in a spray bottle, cover the shower screen and leave for 15 mins or so. Scrub off with an ecloth. Magic. I have a small headed toothbrush that fits inside the runner in the shower. Lastly, try nail polish remover for the sellotape marks. Good luck I need to get out more Grin

Thanks for all the tips, tried the vinegar on the shower screen and toothbrush on the runner Envy good results for both! Will tackle the glass panels today if I have the energy

Glad they worked OP. I forgot to say the bathroom will stink of vinegar for ages

Batshittery my husband was laying it on pretty thick about the vinegary smell. Add in the paint fumes and our place is a pretty toxic environment at the moment!

Mr Sheen is good for removing sticky marks on glass. Or on anything in fact.

Items for cleaning your shower door and rest of your bathroom. Shock power bathroom spray by oxy. You can purchase this from wilkos or Sainsbury's. One green bathroom sponge from Tescos . You get a pack of two for a nougat. And this will be the finishing touch a E _cloth. You can get these out of sainsburys ,waitrose or John Lewis.
Wet the door, spray, scrub leave to soak for 3 mins. You will feel the limescale as you scrub. Rinse off ,buff with a e- cloth. You can do the rest of your bathroom the same way. Except with the taps scrub round the bace of your taps with a toothbrush. I can assure you, you will be very pleased. The bathroom cleaner is expensive but it works. It also doesn't contain harsh chemicals.

I slide those bottom bits off the screen and use a toothbrush then soak them in bleach

Lighter fluid removes glue remnants.

Are you aware you can get fresh seals for the bottom of the shower? I wasn't. Buy a length off amazon, cut it to the correct length- just a few pounds and if you buy a long length it can make two or three seals.

I use a guy who comes and does a deep clean! Wonderful. It’s all sparkling when he’s finished.

WD40 - we've literally just, today, cleaned our shower screens with this - it also takes sticky, gluey marks off stuff.
