Limescale around loo rim

Hi

We've got very hard water and subsequently really struggle with limescale. Our toilets are awful, particularly around the rim. I'm going to try steam cleaning tomorrow, but once I've hopefully got them sorted is there anything I can use to keep them looking good?

Thanks

A 2p coin is great for removing limescale from white wear and taps. Sounds bizarre but try it. Very effective.

Woah @TheClitterati ! How?! What do I do with the 2p? Scrape it off with it?! Wow!

you just scrape it over the limescale and the limescale just chips off in big lumps. The copper of the coin is soft enough not to scratch anything.

Thats the theory anyway - give it a go as its pretty effective.
