Help.... saggy sofas

We bought these sofas from M & S and have only had them a couple of months. I've been quite disappointed that the cushions look a bit stretched and creased when I was hoping they would maintain that crisp new look. They don't get loads of wear and tear (no kids, pets etc) so I'm looking for ideas of how we might make the cushions look a bit more full. I was wondering about getting some thin upholstery foam, cutting to size and putting inside the cushion cover to 'stretch' it a bit and make the fabric look more taught. Any clever folk out there with ideas ? I've included photos of the sofa that we sit on compared to the one that is used very little.

Contact M & S first. That shouldn't happen after a couple of months surely.

Hmmmm you might be right. We had very specific sizes that we needed and these were the only ones that fitted. Unfortunately I think it's a case of trying to make these look better but hopefully M & S will see the problem.

Are the cushions feather filled? I take the back cushions off turn them upside down and drop them hard (top down) on the floor a few times then smooth and put back. Then they look fine. My Mum had her feather filled sofa cushions replaced with foam as having to do this each time they had been sat on drove her mad!
