White Granite Composite Sink Cleaning

Just about to install a new sink, I have only had stainless steel before so not sure the best way to keep the composite clean and stain free. Any tips would be great. I have googled and not much luck, I did see a video where they oiled the sink, is this a good idea?

I had a black sink at our old house and oiled it weekly or it looked rubbish. Went back to SS for this house.

I have one of these, I fine the only thing that cleans it properly
Is raw bleach.

Yes raw bleach poured all over and left for a while here! X
