Hi all, I HATE hoovering with a passion, I hate that the hoover is heavy and awkward shaped and I've got a thing about loud noises. I have decided to buy a handheld hoover so that I don't have to get it out as often. Any recommendations? I would like to not spend too much but is it one of those things where the more you spend the better quality?
