Washing machine won’t drain

My washing machine isn’t draining. It says e21 error, I’ve googled and taken the pump off at the front and cleaning it, I’ve also checked the hose at the back and both are fine but it still won’t drain. Not even had it 6 months. Can anyone help with what’s wrong or what I can do as Google isn’t helping and the pump seems clear so I’m not sure what else to try

Have you taken the drain hose off the filter? That's where mine was blocked. Theres a little rubber cover bit and it was full of hair.

What make is it?

It’s bush, I’ve taken the drain hose off but doesn’t look blocked, can’t see any rubber bit. Still blocked can’t even contact Argos as they won’t be sending out any engineers at this time.

Is there a separate filter which could be blocked with hair or tissues?

Have you checked the sump hose which runs from the drum to the filter? Theres a ball in it which should move but can apparently get stuck.(i spent the best part of a week working out what was wrong with mine and clearing it. Only for the inlet hose to then break )

I’ve checked the drain hose but it doesn’t come off so not sure how I’m meant to check it properly. The filter at the front is clear I’ve checked a million times and flooded the kitchen a million times in the process, I’m probably just going to have to pay someone which is annoying as I don’t have the money but 4 children so can’t be without it
