Next sofa back cushions

My Next sofa is in pretty good condition apart from the two back cushion insets - they are now quite saggy and lumpy. No amount of bashing is putting them back into place!

Has anyone tried to replace these cushions themselves?

I had one of their technicians out to mine and he said it's what they're made of. Some of the newer sofas have sponge inners rather than wadding and they're much better. Is yours wadding or sponge? If it's the wadding they do look slightly better if you take the inners out and separate the wadding a bit. You could also buy some wadding if your own and add it in. I've thought about doing this but have yet to be bothered

I had the same problem with my next sofas. I actually contacted next and if they still sell the sofa you can order replacement cushions
