Awww fab pics GO

Well dh and I are just about to move the living room round....so won't be about for a while. We need to make more space...somehow, for all out masses of paperwork and filing (It doesn't help that dh has his admin side of the buisiness here) I will be needing some room soon too for various folders etc.

See you later

Great pics GO! Ed looks like a little rascal lol! It looked freezing at Scarborough!

Morning everyone. Glad you are feeling a bit better luda

dh and I went out last night - ended coming back VERY late. Had a good night but I got all really upset after because dh told me I need to go to see the doc about my memory loss. Can't face it tbh and have been burying my head in the sand. I think it must be due to the epilepsy but it is getting worse and worse, to the stage that I am forgetting things I said or did the previous week. Have absolutely NO memories of anything over a year ago, including all the children being small, my own wedding, my childhood etc. It's affecting my work now too - I have to write absolutely everything down as I just forget what I have done. Have been putting off seeing the doc incase he says there is nothing they can do and I am just going to get worse and worse

Sorry to moan. Anyway, today have got to go shopping and I really MUST tackle the ironing. Back to work tomorrow...

grouchyoscar · 23/09/2007 12:42

We had some fab weather, considering it was mid september heh heh heh. And Gibberish you've got it spot on, Ed is an utter rascal, and that's being nice about it! He can aqlso be a little lovely too but he is darn hard work as well.

Oh, and go see your GP. I know it's really scary but they may be able to suggest something, maybe medication. I know it's awful to feel you are deteriorating with no hope for improvement (I'm on 4 different meds and the docs want to increase them, I mean, where will it stop? I had to use my stick everyday on holiday and that wasn't nice either, I feel my MS is begining to progress and that's not a nice prospect ) The GP was able to help both my grandparents with epilepsy and memory loss.

Better get vaccing, bye again

gibberish · 23/09/2007 12:47

Thanks GO. I will go - I've been putting it off too long. You seem to keep so positive dealing with your MS that you put me to shame. Will stop being a wimp and will phone the surgery tomorrow.

Right, off to make out the shopping list. REALLY can't be bothered going to the shops today (plus my eyes are all puffy) but can't get out of it. dh is working this afternoon and dd1 is helping him. dd2 has just gone for the night to her friends so it's just me and the youngest girls. Will pop in later.

Thanks again GO

grouchyoscar · 23/09/2007 13:19

Cheers Gibberish Gotta stay positive, it's not going to make it go away and I've got a long time to be miserable about it really. Mind you I do have some dark days about it and these lovely FLY ladies have really helped me keep my chin up.

Right, I procrastinate and It's not getting the dusting done...Time to frame myself...TTFN xx

grouchyoscar · 23/09/2007 15:22

grouchyoscar · 23/09/2007 20:42

Evening all

I'm shattered. I played bat and ball with Ed this evening, brought washing in from the line, organised to drying piles, loaded and ran TDX3. folded and put away, had a fab tea, had a bath and read Ed 2 penguin stories and put him to bed.

Done well this weekend really I'm off to bed, nighty night all xx
