Cleaner - any suggestions?

Is anyone getting a cleaner back? If so, what are they doing differently? I've had a look at the government guidance but wondering if there is anything specific we need to be thinking of. (Like cleaning products? Extra cleaning of areas?)

We are likely going to change our cleaner. She comes via an agency but it's a struggle to get the bathrooms mopped. She always leaves 20 minutes early which I don't mind if the bathrooms were mopped. I used to think it was great having an agency because if she was unwell (pre-COVID I mean) they would send another. One of the covers actually put all the dirty dishes from the counter top back into the cupboards (there were no more than 6 items thankfully - I have pictures! By the way, the first time I just thought there was some confusion. But this person came back the second week and did it again - I gave them notice after this! Then they changed to the current lady who doesn't like to mop the bathrooms but leaves early...).

Also, our current cleaner takes two buses to get to us which we think could be risky for us all (including her!)

The Agency sent a suggested list of additional things they will be doing such as cleaning door and cupboard and for me to supply the cleaner with yellow kitchen gloves.

During this lock down period when I have been doing the cleaning, I had a clear out of cleaning products and had to toss 4 pairs of only-once-used kitchen gloves that were used by cleaners that come only once. So I would think that the cleaning company (if we use another cleaning company) would supply the gloves (am I being unreasonable?)

Also, regarding the handles, that's all fine, i do not mind that but only the immediate family is in the house. I would rather the bathrooms were mopped and dirty dishes weren't put into the cupboards.
