Dyson V10 or V11 cordless

Any opinions on either of these models greatly appreciated?
Are they worth the expense?
Are they light & easy to use?
Do you have to hold down a trigger when in use on both models?
(Can't get through to dyson customer service to ask!)

We have the v10 and love it. I find it really nice and lightweight after struggling to get our Henry up and downstairs. You do have to hold the trigger which I thought would really irritate me but it's not a bother.

Get a Shark. No need to hold the trigger down or give money to James Dyson.
