Aga Total Control...help needed!

Hi,

We bought an electric Aga Total Control and need some help on how to use it!

We previously had a standard aga and changed it to the total control in January. Since then no one at aga customer services has answered any of our questions (which are pretty basic) and wondered if anyone here has it and can help us? I do feel completely abandoned by aga and trying not to start a hate campaign.

I'll post the questions here or can message them directly to any kind volunteers, but basically need help with slumber and how to set it uo so the ovens come on at a given time.
