Day 25

I often don't read all the stuff on the links I put up, but todays is about reminding ourselves how far we have come in less than a month, and congratulating ouselves.

Blossomsmine - "Keep in mind that you are not ever goin to be perfect and we don't expect you to be". I did read your message last night.
We are all better thnkyou, and the dds will be back to school this morning.

madhouse - an insurance company would ask about your family history anyway I think so not sure the test would make too much difference. Worth checking with an IFA though.

Well I have acheived the following (with a bit of help from a truck load of ibruprofen)

Maintain a shiny sink just about
Put on a bra just about
Make beds DONE
Laundry none to do
2 min hotspot ???
5-15min declutter DONE why were there razors with no blades and blades that don't fit razors in teh bathroom cabinet
S&S DONE
DTDs reading Cheated, DTD2 red to herself
DTDs recorder practice banned in the FLYhospital
DTDs word lists no did loads last night. DTD1 not well enough
Make sure milk cups are washed in sink
Clear worktops
Put out recycling DONE
Tidy DD3s toys still playing
Clothes for tomorrow If I feel anything like today it will be a PJ day
BED can't wait

FGS could be right about insurance.

It could actually work in your favour if you have to give family history and you are "in the clear"

Madhouse, a test, whether positive or negative, would have an impact on life insurance and critical illness, depending on when you took it out and with whom. It might be worth speaking to the citizens' advice bureau if your decision about whether to have the test or not is dependent upon the impact on insurance. It must be such a difficult decision to make, without having to worry about b*stard insurance companies and their exclusions.

I spent about an hour posting maternity clothes on here today, and haven't had a single nibble. I wish I'd done the 27 fling boogie!

2 Pack everything DD1 needs into school bag (forgot teaspoon yesterday ) DONE
3 Clean bath whilst in shower DONE
4 DD1 to school DONE

6 Write up day's to do list while feeding DD2 DONE
7 Swish & swipe DONE
8 Clothes into WM DONE
9 Clothes into TD DONE
10 Sort out tea DONE

Afternoon
1 Make tomorrow's lunches for DH and DD1 DONE
2 Iron, put clothes away DONE
3 HOTSPOT DONE
4 Make after school snack DONE
5 Pick up DD1 DONE
6 Help with homework DONE
7 Prep tea DONE
8 Tidy livingroom after playtime DONE
9 Make tea DONE

Evening
1 Tidy kitchen, sweep floor, start DW, shine sink DONE
2 Get DD2 ready for bed DONE
3 Get DD1 ready for bed DONE
4 Put out clothes for tomorrow OFF TO DO THAT NOW
5 Swish & swipe after toothbrushing DONE
6 Into bed with David Nobbs

Evening routine

  1. Tea for DDs - DID
  2. Bath DDs and put them to bed - DID
  3. Swish and swipe - DONE
  4. Tidy toys - DH DID
  5. Put out clothes for next day - ABOUT TO DO
  6. Pilates - DON'T KNOW WHY I BOTHER PUTTING IT ON THE LIST. IT WILL GO.
  7. Shine sink, wash up and sterilize bottles - DONE
  8. Load DW/clear up/feed cat and drink water - DONE
  9. Paperwork/internet stuff (eg finding child trust fund account!) - OUT SO NOT DONE
  10. Read my book - MAY DO

Hope you see this luda{smile] from me for your lovely encouraging words. I do get abit downhearted when i don't seem to get the things done that i want to...silly though. I see what you are saying about not being perfect and just carrying on!
Did most things i wanted to do today, except the ironing and the bathroom cabinet, but not stressing too much about that tonight.
