Interview Questions for Prospective Cleaning Lady

A prospective cleaner is coming round for a job interview soon. What on earth should I ask her?!

Tell her what you want (i.e. do you want tidying as well as cleaning), tell her what your standards are, i.e. do you like skirting boards done every week etc, then ask her if she can do it. Ask about reliability etc too if it's importnt to you
